I stayed up til quarter to 3 AM this morning for the RandomLiveBlog last night. Then, while I was co-hosting the post-show with Metfan, I got in trouble with my mother for speaking to loud. But the whole time she was getting angry at me, I could only think, "You would be speaking loud too if the Live Blog was about the weather...Or Shoes!"

When I watch Star Trek TOS, I imagine that Kirk is Spidey,Batman is Spock,Wolverine is McCoy, Deadpool is Scotty, Wonder Woman is Uhura etc.

I just spent 2 hours at a preshow, 4.5 hours with the Randoms, and an hour at a post show, and i loved every second of it! I am now going to sleep at 3:30am. MLIR

So, during my day job, there is a regular customer that comes in that I care about. As I see him walk through the double doors, I wave with a big smile on my face and growl "NORM!" (okay... it was nothing remotely sounding like how Randomguy's Gobby does it, but it was totally awesome in my head.) I didn't care that nobody knew the reference, I did it just for me.

I lying awake in bed, completely freaking out about something that hasn't happened yet and then I asked myself the following questions:
Can I see the future? No. So there's really no way of knowing? No. So there's really no point in asking? No. So there's really no point in worrying? No.
Needless to say, I felt better and was able to got sleep.

I finally got around to reading Deadpool: Merc With A Mouth #10 today, and noticed that, on one page, was a pile of rubble that included some signs. The signs spelled out the phrase "Hi Tallest Silver." I was all "OMG, they name-dropped someone I know from the Random chat!"
