Ladies and Gentlemen

Recently, due to a video I drew and posted on the internet, I had to endure some interesting court cases and run ins with the law. Some of the random photos fellow random fans submitted were even submitted as evidence to prove a point.

While I can safely say I did not take any sort of hit other than financially for lawyer fees, I havn't been posting much here because the professor who took me to court knows I have a profile here, found it, and tried to use some of my comments (as in me calling him pesky) against me.

There is a chance I will delete CLMike's profile from this site. I will probably return with a different profile if I do.

I've been keeping a low key these past months since March, as all of this has gone down, to let both sides calm down.

If you're reading this, and you have no idea what I'm talking about, lets keep it that way. If you are reading this, and know exactly what I'm talking about, lets keep it that way as well. My cartoons are on the back burner right now, and so is the use of profiles that my previous court opponent knows about.

Thank you for your understanding in this manner. I hope there comes a day when the happy, fun loving, CLMike comes back, no longer in fear that anything he says can and will be used against him in the court of law

While I had hinted at it in the past, I finally made my return to the random broadcasts. Hell if you missed it I was even on camera during the preparty promoting my own cause and cartoon. Thats right CLMike was on camera. Scary thought. Anyway thanks for all the help in photos and kind words. You should expect to see me next week as well. Randomfans

I come to you first with an open apology as to my loooong disappearance. Bob Dylan had it right, the times they are a changing.

Police investigations, long distance relationships, ambulence rides, car crashes, CT scans, working 50 hours a week, cartooning, computer viruses, crazy grandpa attacking people at the nursing home, drinking, and video gaming.

Sounds like it could be an interesting plot full of fun and drama, and as the person that lived through it, I can tell you it was. There were scares (the wreck), there were fights (the police investigations), and there were times of mass fun (booze and women).

I've had alot of distractions from the randoms and this awesome site. My largest section of free time is dedicated to my girlfriend of another country, my second largest is cartooning. In fact, it was a little cartoon I drew in May of 2008 that caused me to be involved in a police investigation for cyber bullying. Here's the cliffnotes.

I was in a class I absolutely hated. It was a joke. A waste of life. We had to teach ourselves, and turns out the grading scale favored his favorite students. I protested the class with others, took it all the way to the Pro Vost of the college, and lost the case due to a technicallity on "capricous grading". The professor had won. So to take out my frustration I drew a cartoon of a little alien named Wombox who came to life to save us students.

My college classmates loved it! But I couldn't distrubute the cartoon in fear of getting in trouble. So I waited until the weekend I graduated college...and put it on limited access on youtube and megavideo. But that wasn't enough! They wanted a SEQUEL! Holy hell how would I pull this off.

May 2009 I draw a sequel.

August 2009 my favorite professor passes away due to a bike accident, out of respect for him I remove the video because he was in it. I draw a christmas special in December and think nothing is wrong.

January 2010 I get a call from a police detective. I am being investigated for potential cyberbullying. The professor had reported me to the poice, and had even tried to get the university to remove my degree! The university said there was nothing they cared to do I had graduated, but unhappy with the response, he went to the police claiming I was a threat.

January 2010 I find out he is going after students that had nothing to do with the cartoon but are my friends. I also find out he had access to profiles of mine he shouldn't have because I was no longer a student. I report him to student affairs.

February 2010 I am found innocent, freedom of speech, and only asked to change the names if I draw any further cartoons

February 2010 I find out that the professor was denied tenure, and is being asked to find a job elsewhere.

Taking all of this into consideration, I decided to draw another video to make light of the situation. After all I was found a free man, the professor lost his job due to his actions, but I wanted to tell another fun story.

Hence the story of WOMBOX GOES TO JAIL

And here is the open casting call I am begging some randomfans to help.

Last time I did credits, the professor had innocent students reported to student affairs. This time...I've decided to best him. The university says just don't use names. I'm going to do one better.

If any person would like to take a picture of themselves holding up a piece of paper, postit note, whatever, saying the following:

I will put it in the next video and you will be listed as a creative assistant. No names, nicknames, randomnames, nothing will be used. Just your picture.

I could really use as many people as possible just to make it funny.

I know I've been away for a while, and again I apoologize, but I'm trying to recommit to the random life, and i could really, really use some random support on my next work of art.
